CITIZENS CENTRE REPORT   Citizens Centre Report On June 23, 2003, the Citizens Centre ceased publishing the Citizens Centre Report magazine after the publishing company, United Western Communications, became insolvent (see press release and FAQ). In the future, we will be sending regular newsletters to all members along with periodic special reports.
